Staff not helpful. No bedding provided for sofa bed even though requested in advance.

The hotel offered a great breakfast with a good variety of options. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making our stay much more pleasant. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was close to public transportation and restaurants.
It was difficult to find the hotel, as we had to go through multiple doors and take an elevator to reach our room. there was a strong cigarette smell in the room, indicating that smoking may be allowed in the rooms.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Toyohashi. The staff were friendly and courteous, spoke English fluently, and were very helpful with any requests we had. The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. The room was a good size and very clean, with great air conditioning. We were impressed with the breakfast served on the 9th floor, which offered a panoramic view of the city, including the train station. we would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
